Hag's Delirium (HsD) is tied to the DAQI and the rain chance, the worse the day, the higher the phase. The value with a *star in front of the name is what is causing the HsD value. A phase of 1 or 2 means that nothing is wrong.
If it says "somewhere in [location]" it's because the API doesn't recognise your city/town.
